Q1.  How long warranty of the machine?

A: We offer one year warranty for our machines.  If any part (not including expendable) caused by unartificial factors within warranty period, we will offer broken parts for free 

Q2. What is your terms of packing?

A: Generally, we pack our goods in boxes and cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q3. What is your terms of payment?

A: Different payment term against countries. Normally TT.

Q4. What is your terms of delivery?

A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU

Q5. How about your delivery time?

A: Generally, it will take 5 to 10 days after receiving your payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q6. Can you produce according to our drawing?

A: Yes, Hongtech provides production as per your special request.

A: Yes, we can put your own logo in the machines, also we can paint your prefer color, MOQ is one unit.
